| 分析了大气环境容量的计算方法，并以上海市4个开发区为评价对象进行了实例计算，结果表明对于面积较大、引进行业用能又较高的开发区，应建设集中供热系统或使用清洁燃料(天然气或轻油)替代燃煤，以全面实现区域大气环境保护目标，促进区域可持续发展。 |

| The calculation method for the atmospheric capacity is analyzed in this paper, and case studies for 4 developing areas are carried out. The results illustrate that a centralized heat supply system should be established in a developing area with a large area and industrial sectors of high energy consumption. |
