      通过真空干燥、微波干燥的机理和特点的分析,提出了一种新的复合干燥技术-真空微波低温干燥技术。该技术综合了真空干燥和微波干燥的特点,在真空气氛下实施微波干燥,且干燥全过程湿物料的热流和湿流方向始终一致。对湿物料进行的真空微波干燥、真空干燥和微波干燥试验表明真空微波干燥升温速度最快,干燥效率高,物料的干燥质量好。对一些有特殊干燥要求的物料,如厌氧或热敏性、合湿不均匀、形状不规则的湿物料,要求在低温下进行干燥,干燥后的成品要求达到较高的质量标准,这类湿物料最适宜采用真空微波低温干燥技术脱湿干燥。
英文摘要:
      Based on an analysis of the mechanisms and characteristics of the vacuum drying and microwave drying techniques, a new type of composite drying method, the low-temperature vacuum drying technique with microwave, is suggested. By this technique, the drying process is conducted in vacuum with microwave, and the directions of heat and moisture flows are identical in the drying process. Experiments with the vacuum drying, the microwave drying, and the new composite drying methods are carried out to compare their performance. The acquired results show that the vacuum drying technique with microwave is better than other methods in terms of temperature rise rate, drying effect and drying quality. This new drying method is most suitable for some wet materials which make special requirements in drying process, such as anaerobic and heat sensitive materials, and materials of inhomogeneous humidity and irregular shape, etc.
