| 精密机械零件的受温变形一般是用热膨胀的概念来解释和补偿的,而热膨胀系数的不确定性直接影响着补偿的精度。为此,本文利用一套高精度测量系统,对形体的主要几何参数进行受温变形研究,并从振动的角度对形体的热变形进行理论分析,理论和试验的方差分析都表明:球体直径的热变形系数与边界条件无关,而其它形体的热变形系数却与边界条件有关。 |

| The deformation of precision-machined components is usually resolved and compensated by thermal expansion. However, some errors of compensation result from the uncertainty of the thermal expansion coefficient. In this paper, the thermal expansion behavior of simple workpieces is investigated using an available precision measuring system and analyzed by the theory of lattice vibration. The theoretical and experimental results show that the thermal deformation coefficient of the ball diameter is independent of the boundary conditions. However, the thermal deformation coefficient of other bodies are pertinent to the boundary conditions. |
