| 随着我国加入WTO，汽车尤其是轿车将在富裕家庭得到更快的普及。在调查研究我国汽车制造业及废旧汽车回收现状的基础上，对我国所面临汽车回收中交易市场的混乱、资源的不合理使用及环境污染和回收技术与设备落后等问题进行讨论。最后根据我国废旧汽车的回收标准，提出了在我国汽车回收产业化中，必须完善回收法规，建立回收中心以达到更好利用资源的目的，同时应该坚持汽车面向产品绿色设计的策略。 |

| Automobiles, especially cars, will prevail rapidly in richer families after China becomes one of WTO members. The status quo of the auto industry and recycling of old automobiles was reviewed and analyzed in this paper. On the basis of this, problems of the disorderly market for automobile recycling, unreasonable utilization of resources, environmental pollution, and out-of-date technologies and facilities for recycling were discussed. It was suggested that acts and regulations for recycling should be improved and disassembly centers of discarded automobiles should be erected in order to utilize the resources more reasonably. At the same time, we must adhere to the strategies of green product in designing automobiles. |
