| 结合轧钢加热炉历年来多炉次的节能技术改造实践,对炉型结构,炉体材料的选用,炉底水管的合理优化,低压重油雾化烧嘴的结构完善、空气预热及劣质重油降粘等节能技术途径进行了综合性的探讨分析,最后指出加热生产均衡有序进行是高效节能加热炉达标的重要制约因素,并提出高效节能加热炉的设计与技术改造,应灵活开发和运用各种成熟的新技术,新工艺,新材料;同时应以进一步提高加热炉热效率,降低消耗为明确目标。 |

| Based on the experience in retrofitting steel rolling furnaces over the years, solutions for energy-saving were discussed systematically in this work, including selection of furnace types, construction and materials, rational layout of bottom water pipes, structural optimization of the spray burner for low-pressure heavy oil, air preheating, and reducing the viscosity of bargain heavy oil, etc. It was deemed that a balanced, orderly heating process is important to the efficiency of the energy-saving furnace. In addition, it was suggested that newly developed techniques, technologies and materials should be applied for designing and retrofitting high-performance reheat furnaces. The thermal efficiency of reheat furnaces ought to be increased further, and the energy consumption ought to be decreased at the same time. |
