| In this paper, advances in the research and development of new types of amorphous- silicon solar cell were illustrated. Described in detail were the properties of the see-through Amorton solar cell, a-SiC translucent solar cell, solar cell at weak illumination, solar cell on opaque substrate, and solar cell on transparent substrate and conductive polymer film. Furthermore, achievements in the research and application of new types of amorphous-silicon solar cell in China were depicted. |
