      炉膛出口气流残余旋转引起的对流烟道中烟气速度偏差和温度偏差,是四角切圆燃烧锅炉高温对流受热面爆管问题产生的根本原因,提出了在炉膛出口加装消旋器以消除炉膛出口残余旋转的措施,针对消旋器尺寸对消旋效果的影响进行了实验研究,实验结果表明,在模型锅炉所加装的各种尺寸的消选器中,高度为10cm的十字形消旋器的效果较好,气流阻力较小,它不会影响炉内气流主旋结构,同时也使水平烟道的颗粒浓度分布更均匀。

      Accidents in power stations occur generally due to malfunction of boilers. It is deemed that the residual rotation of exit gas from the furnace with tangential corner firing would result in the maldistributions of gas velocity and temperature entering the convection tube banks, which would in turn lead to failures from overheating parts of high-temperature convection heating surfaces. It was suggested in this work that devices, the so-called de-whirlers, be installed to abate the residual rotation of furnace exit gas. Effects of the configuration and size of the de-whirler on its performance were experimentally investigated. It was concluded that the best performance can be obtained using the cruciform de-whirler of 10 cm height, compared with other de-whirlers of different forms. It has little influence on the gas rotation in the furnace, creates relatively lower pressure drop of gas flow, and results in a better distribution of particles in the horizontal convection pass at the same time.
