| CAD/CAPP/CAM信息集成是CIMS的关键技术,而CAD系统对零件信息描述则是实现信息集成的一个主要因素,为此分析了目前CAD系统在零件信息描述中存在的不足,并探索研究了在零件几何信息描述的基础上,采用人工智能的方法来建立具有特定形状、机械性能及工艺性质的零件建模方式,定义了特征间及算符的体系结构,由此来重构零件信息制造特征的数据链表,以便于工艺决策推理过程中实现自动生成零件加工工艺,促进CAD/CAPP/CAM的信息集成。 |

| Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems (CIMS) represent trends in the development of modern manufacturing. CAD/CAPP/CAM information integration is the key technique for CIMS while the description of machine-part information using the CAD system is a main factor in the implementation of information integration. This paper illustrated the deficiencies of the existing CAD system in describing machine-part information. The modeling technique for machine-parts with specific shape, mechanical and technological properties using artificial intelligence approach based on the description of geometric information of machine-parts was discussed, which will promotes CAD/CAPP/CAM information integration. |
