      介绍了某化纤厂空冷站和空压站的运行管理与节能的一些经验,提出了两套节能方案,并在实际的应用中取得了良好的效果,节约了大量的能源,同时还解决了生产中的一些相关问题。

      Textile and fiber industries are major energy consumers and have need to save energy in particular to decrease production costs and increase the competitive power of their products. The cooling and the compressed-air plants in a fiber factory are responsible for air-conditioning and supplying compressed air. The power consumption of the plants accounts for ca. 50% of the total energy consumption of the factory. In this paper, experience in energy saving via operation management of cooling plant for air- conditioning and compressed-air plant in a fiber factory was introduced. Two retrofit projects adopting energy saving techniques were described. They proved quite successful in reducing power consumption of the refrigerating machines and the air-compressors. The fine performance of the systems helped in solving some problems in production as well.
