      在FAM激光测粒仪的基础上,添加雾化角测量装置,建立了喷嘴雾化全性能试验台用以全面评价喷嘴的雾化性能。利用USB接口将喷嘴雾化的图像信号输入计算机,使用自己研制的图像处理软件来计算喷嘴雾化的雾化角。实现了喷嘴喷雾的雾化粒度和雾化角的快速同步测量,对装置 的可行性和实用性进行了验证。

      The performance of atomizing nozzles is of great importance to the combustion of liquid fuels. In this work, an apparatus for the determination of the spray angle was added to the FAM laser particle analyzer developed at USST in order to evaluate the performance of an atomizing nozzle comprehensively. Pictures of atomization were scanned using a video camera with a USB (Universal Serial Bus) Port and the acquired data were subsequently transferred to a computer. The spray angle was then calculated using the image processing program, and the fast, simultaneous determination of the atomized particle size and spray angle was achieved. Experiments on the performance of nozzles were carried out on the experimental setup for the performance of atomizing nozzles erected at USST. The acquired experimental results gave the verification of the practicability of the apparatus.
