| Fuel cells of high performance have been finding applications in clean power generating recently in Western industrialized countries. This paper described the features and prospects of application of fuel cells, and summarized the advances in the research and development of fuel cells in China and other countries. In addition, the influence of the energy resource distribution and energy supply in China on the environment was analyzed. It was concluded that the research and development of fuel cells is necessary and ought to be speeded up in China. |
