| The aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES), which originated from China as a renewable energy technology and once found wide applications for industry and space cooling, has been decaying in China. In this paper, the ATES of Chinese style was reviewed and its future prospect is predicted from the viewpoint of environmental protection and energy conservation. |
