| The function of gas recirculation and its effect on the heat transfer calculation of heating surfaces of a boiler are discussed in this paper. The Standard Thermal Calculation Method of Boiler Unit (USSR, 1973 edition) is analyzed thoroughly and a thermal calculation method of boiler unit with gas recirculation is put forward in detail. At the end of this paper, a thermal calculation example is given. The results show that the heat transferred to the radiative heating surface of a boiler decreases and the heat transferred to the convective heating surface increases when gas recirculation is applied. |
