| 以水为介质,采用k-ε模型,用数值模拟方法研究了5种不同结构的螺旋扭曲椭圆管换热器的管外壳程传热与流阻性能,并和采用椭圆管作为换热部件的换热器进行了比较。研究结果表明,螺旋扭曲椭圆管换热器壳程有较好的强化换热特性,螺旋扭曲椭圆管的几何尺寸和流体流动速度对壳程传热与流阻性能有重要影响。通过数值模拟所获得的规律为螺旋扭曲椭圆管换热器的设计研发提供了参考。 |

| In this paper, a numerical simulation has been carried out using water as the working medium to study the shell-side heat transfer and flow resistance of 5 different structures of spiral elliptical-tube heat exchanger. The results of simulation were compared with those of the straight elliptical-tube heat exchanger. The comparative study showed that the spiral elliptical-tube shell heat exchanger has a better heat transfer enhancement. The geometries and the fluid velocity have a major impact on the heat transfer and pressure drop of the shell-side spiral elliptical-tube heat exchanger. The conclusions drawn from the simulation have given a reference to the design and development of the spiral elliptical-tube heat exchanger. |
